Laing O'Rourke Rail Operations is a specialist business that sits under the Core and Specialist Business stream and operates across the Australian Hub. LOR RO manages and oversees all LORAC rail blue collar resources, rail plant and the regional rail operations, which currently includes the Hunter Valley, Sydney and Victoria based businesses. To ensure that we are ready for the increased demand to deliver world class rail projects, a Rail Workforce Management System will be implemented soon.
